Blue Lake Estates sits on the southern shores of Lake LBJ with a private park and Hill Country views that make it one of the more scenic stretches of the waterfront. Trails here get year-round use and we build them to last through it — limestone bluffs, flooding from the hills above, and shoreline erosion are real factors, and we account for all of them.
